Stress is a part of our daily life right now but how you respond to it makes all the difference. Prioritize self-care, stay present, and take things one step at a time. Recently we traveled to the Hawaiian island of Kauai for a couple of weeks, and I was amazed how watching the turtles and monk seals swim onto Poipu Beach, walking on Tunnels Beach, hiking in Waimea Canyon, and connecting with old friends helped me to feel calm and at peace.
