I will be teaching a course on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), along with my colleague Renee Kostick Reynolds, as Adjunct Professor starting in August for the 2017
Fall semester at George Mason Antonin Scalia law school. The class will cover topics that include: an overview of the dispute resolution process, negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and collaborative law. We are hoping to include dynamic guest lecturers with whom we regularly work and who have years of experience in these practice areas. We are looking forward to making this ADR class interactive and enjoyable with lots of classroom exercises, role plays, learning by doing, experiential learning, discussion, and writing!
